The "AOG Concierge" service is strictly an information and consulting service. We provide market intelligence, availability research, and documentation verification. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, broker, or distribute aircraft parts.
You acknowledge that we are not the seller of record. All purchase orders, payments, and warranties are transacted directly between you (the Buyer) and the Supplier. We do not handle funds for part purchases.
While we use reasonable efforts to verify trace documentation and supplier reputation, we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of any part. The final decision to install any part rests solely with your Quality Control (QC) department and the installing agency.
Fees paid to us are for research time and market intelligence only. Fees are non-refundable once the data/report has been delivered, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the purchase.
We respect your privacy. We will not share your specific AOG requirements with your direct competitors or unrelated third parties, except as required to locate the parts you requested.
