Platform Disclaimer
RedPhoneAOG provides software tools for submitting and distributing aircraft parts requests. RedPhoneAOG does not sell aircraft parts, broker aircraft parts transactions, provide procurement services, provide logistics services, verify supplier inventory, guarantee quote accuracy, certify airworthiness, process payment, arrange shipping, or act as an agent for any requester or supplier. RedPhoneAOG does not represent, endorse, or warrant any supplier listed on or responding through the platform. Any transaction is solely between the requester and supplier.
1. Nature of the Platform
RedPhoneAOG is an independent AOG request-distribution and supplier lead-routing platform. RedPhoneAOG is not a parts supplier, broker, procurement agent, logistics provider, or transaction intermediary. The platform provides software tools that allow requesters to submit parts requests and allows participating suppliers to receive and respond to those requests directly. RedPhoneAOG does not buy, sell, stock, source, procure, broker, or handle aircraft parts at any point in the process.
2. No Agency Relationship
RedPhoneAOG does not act as agent, representative, or intermediary for any requester or supplier. RedPhoneAOG does not negotiate, represent, endorse, or warrant any supplier, quote, part condition, trace documentation, airworthiness certification, pricing, lead time, or availability. All communications, negotiations, payments, and transactions occur directly and solely between the requester and supplier.
3. No Direct Sales
RedPhoneAOG is not the seller of record for any aircraft part, component, or material. All purchase orders, payments, and warranties are transacted directly between the requester (buyer) and the supplier. RedPhoneAOG does not handle funds for part purchases, take possession of parts, or participate in any supply chain transaction.
4. No Supplier Endorsement
RedPhoneAOG does not represent, endorse, vet, certify, or warrant any supplier listed on or responding through the platform. The inclusion of a supplier in any request distribution does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of that supplier's products, services, certifications, or compliance with applicable regulations. Requesters are solely responsible for evaluating suppliers and their documentation before entering into any transaction.
5. Platform Fees
Fees paid to RedPhoneAOG are solely for access to the request-distribution platform and the broadcast of requests to participating supplier networks. Fees are not payment for parts procurement, sourcing services, logistics, or any guarantee of supplier response. Platform fees are non-refundable once a request has been broadcast, regardless of whether a supplier responds or whether a transaction occurs. Retainer PIN holders are fee-waived per their retainer arrangement.
6. Limitation of Liability
RedPhoneAOG is not liable for the accuracy, authenticity, condition, airworthiness, or availability of any part presented by a supplier in response to a broadcast request. RedPhoneAOG is not liable for any transaction, payment, shipping delay, regulatory non-compliance, or airworthiness outcome arising from any requester-supplier interaction facilitated through the platform. The final decision to install any part rests solely with the operator's quality control department and the installing maintenance agency.
7. Confidentiality
RedPhoneAOG will not share your specific request details with your direct competitors or unrelated third parties, except as required to distribute your request to participating supplier networks as part of the platform's core function.
8. Agreement
By submitting a request through this platform, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) RedPhoneAOG is a neutral request-distribution platform only; (b) RedPhoneAOG does not sell, broker, procure, or arrange aircraft parts; (c) any response from a supplier is solely between you and that supplier; (d) RedPhoneAOG does not verify availability, negotiate pricing, handle payment, arrange shipping, or participate in any transaction; and (e) you have read and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
